Tahini Ginger Tofu

You read that right. Tahini Ginger Tofu. This is what the recipe is all about.

I am ALWAYS adding in fresh Ginger to the most random foods. And it has never let me down. So I tested it with Tahini Tofu and once again, it’s a winner!

The taste on the crunchy ginger Tofu, topped with the Tahini sauce is a must have summer meal! Especially if you choose the right crunchy veggies, that pair well with the Tofu!

To make the bowl more delicious, I mixed in a few stir-fried veggies, tossed in a simple seasoning – Salt, Pepper, and Greek Seasoning (to fit the flavours of the Tofu). You can really use your favourite veggies here. But I highly recommend you include the radish. The sharp taste of the radish, along with the ginger and tahini all work well together to make every bite flavourful!

Hope you give this recipe a try. I’m sure you will enjoy it! If you do, I would love to see your recreation and learn how it went. Leave me a comment here and tag me on Instagram/Facebook/Pinterest/TikTok @demeals.ca #demeals
